Delivery/Packaging

All of our Jewellery is beautifully presented in our elegant jewellery boxes; this comes to you without further cost.

If the item/s you have ordered is a gift we are very happy to offer a special gift-wrap and have it delivered straight to the recipient’s home address.

Shipments within the UK are made through Royal Mail using the Next Day Delivery Service and are of course fully insured to your front door. For international delivery we charge a small fee to use FedEx to dispatch your goods with complete insurance to safeguard your products in transit.

All our items will require a signature upon delivery for your security.

Bijou Diamond Jewellery is not responsible for any import duty incurred for international deliveries. We are also not liable for customs charges and are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
