How do I order online?
Once you have decided on the items you wish to purchase click on the ‘Add to Cart’ link and follow through to the checkout procedure. Should you have any questions regarding your order or our jewellery please don't hesitate to contact us.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit card payments and facilitate them through Stripe.
How do I order the correct ring size?
We offer a free easy to use ring sizer available to order on our website. If you are unsure of your ring size this will enable you to order the correct size.
When will I receive my jewellery?
Each item description contains estimated delivery dates. Due to our jewellery being made to order this varies depending on the design.
How will my jewellery be presented?
All of our jewellery is presented in specially selected packaging appropriate for the piece of jewellery purchased. For example- diamond rings are packaged in our unique ring boxes.
What if my jewellery is faulty or breaks?
All of our jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months from the purchase date, however, having passed our quality assurance checks any wear or damage to the jewellery is the customer’s responsibility. All stones are securely set so we do not guarantee loss of stones; if a stone appears loose we suggest you contact us immediately to allow us to advise accordingly.
What if my ring does not fit?
If your ring/s ordered do not fit we offer a resizing service. This is available for a small fee however due to each case being different we recommend you contact us for resizing prices. Please note- it is not possible to resize full eternity bands.
What charges will I pay for shipping?

What if my order cannot be completed?
If for any reason that your order cannot be completed then you will be fully refunded. We will also inform you of the other options available to you.
How will my personal details be protected?
Your personal details will under no circumstances be sold or passed over to any third parties. We keep all details in a protected database, which is only accessed by the Bijou Diamond Jewellery Management Team.
How can I be sure on the quality of my purchase/s?
All metals used in our jewellery are hallmarked to guarantee their grade. Diamond jewellery has two different ways of guaranteeing quality- smaller diamonds are accompanied with a certificate of valuation, larger stones of 0.50ct and above have an individual certificate.
