Returns

We have every confidence that you will be happy with the items that you purchase from us, but if for any reason you are not happy with your Bijou Diamond Jewellery items an approved return must be received by us within 14 days of you purchasing the item. 

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition.

A full refund (excluding postage and packaging) will be given once Bijou Diamond Jewellery verifies receipt and condition of the returned item(s). 

Please note for hygiene purposes we cannot accept returned earrings. All bespoke orders will also be non-returnable.
